External resources
Link stakeholder files and workspaces without moving or duplicating their contents.
Use Resources to add:
- Google Drive
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Dropbox
- Figma
- Another HTTPS web link
- An HTTPS embed target
For each resource, Workestra stores the provider, label, HTTPS URL, optional instructions, display order, and visibility. It does not download, proxy, index, cache, or copy the linked file.
The original provider remains responsible for authentication and permissions. A portal member who cannot access a Drive or SharePoint link must be granted access in that provider.
Updating or deleting a file in its original provider immediately affects the linked resource. There is no second Workestra copy to clean up.
