Quotations, order forms, and sales pipeline — connected to your CRM deals and Finance invoices.
The Sales module manages the proposal and closing phase of your revenue cycle — quotations, order forms, e-signatures, and a deal-linked pipeline separate from the main CRM pipeline. Carved out from Finance in May 2026, Sales gives commercial teams a dedicated workspace for everything between "qualified opportunity" and "invoice sent."
What the Sales Module Does
- Create quotations from CRM deals in one click — contact, currency, and line items pre-fill from the deal record
- Send for e-signature natively — recipients sign in-browser with a typed or drawn signature; no DocuSign account needed
- Manage order forms with conditional pricing — structured purchase agreements with discount approval workflows
- Track a dedicated sales pipeline — Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Closed Won, separate from the CRM relationship pipeline
- Analyze win rates by proposal type — see which templates and pricing strategies close best
- Let AI draft proposals — Copilot generates quotation content from deal context and your template library
How to Enable Sales
- Navigate to Settings > Modules
- Find the Sales card
- Toggle it On
- The Sales module appears in your sidebar
Sales is available as an add-on on all plans. The product catalog is shared with Finance — products added in Finance > Products are immediately available in Sales quotations.

Core Concepts
Quotations
Quotations are pre-sale proposals with line items, built from CRM deals and convertible to Finance invoices on acceptance. Each quotation tracks its own status lifecycle — Draft through Accepted — and maintains a full version history so you can see every revision.
Order Forms
Order forms are structured purchase agreements for situations requiring conditional pricing, volume tiers, or multi-party approval. When a discount exceeds a configured threshold, the order form enters a Pending Approval state and notifies the designated approvers before it can be sent.
Sales Pipeline
The Sales pipeline tracks the close phase of each deal — from proposal sent through to won or lost. It runs in parallel with the CRM pipeline so sales reps can manage the commercial flow (pricing, negotiation, approvals) without cluttering the relationship view used by account managers.

- AI proposal drafting — describe the deal scope and Copilot generates a quotation from your template library
- Pricing suggestions — AI surfaces pricing from past accepted quotations for similar deal profiles
- Similar deal finder — surfaces closed-won deals with comparable scope for reference
