Portal composition
Control which live Workestra areas and portal-owned sections appear to stakeholders.
A portal is an ordered composition of sections. The section controls whether an area appears; the source module remains responsible for the records shown inside that area.
Default sections

Use the Composition tab to add, remove, rename, reorder, show/hide, or limit a section to selected portal roles. Hidden and role-restricted sections are filtered before approvals, activity, links, or source records are sent to the stakeholder's browser.

These pages load current data from their owning modules. Changing a quotation or invoice in its source module changes what the stakeholder sees; there is no portal copy to synchronize.
An area appears only when its section is visible, its source module is active, and at least one role-visible record resolves under the portal policy.
