Workestra's settings are organized into tiers: Personal (affect only you), Operations (workspace workflows), Module (per-module config), Administration (workspace-wide, admin-only), and Billing (plan and payments).

Some settings require Admin or Owner role to modify. If you see a locked icon next to a setting, contact your workspace administrator.

Accessing Settings

Method 1: Sidebar

Click Settings in the left sidebar to open the settings hub.

Method 2: User Menu

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown

Method 3: Direct URL

Navigate directly to specific settings:
