Pipeline View

The recruiting pipeline displays candidates as cards on a kanban board. Drag candidates between stages to update their status.

Default Stages

1. Applied — New applications received
2. Screening — Resume review and initial assessment
3. Interview — Scheduled or completed interviews
4. Assessment — Technical tests or assignments
5. Offer — Offer extended
6. Hired — Offer accepted
7. Rejected — Not moving forward

Customizing Stages

1. Go to Recruiting → Settings → Pipeline Stages
2. Add, remove, or reorder stages
3. Set colors for visual identification
4. Changes apply to all job offers

Filtering

Filter the pipeline by:

• Job offer
• Stage
• Date applied
• Skills
• Source (manual, email, API)
