Create and manage job listings.

Creating a Job Offer

  1. Navigate to Recruiting → Job Offers
  2. Click New Job Offer
  3. Fill in: title, department, location, employment type, salary range
  4. Write a description or use AI Generate to create one from bullet points
  5. Publish when ready

AI-Generated Descriptions

Click Generate with AI and provide:

  • Job title and department
  • Key responsibilities (bullet points)
  • Required qualifications

The AI will generate a professional, bias-checked job description that you can edit before publishing.

Managing Job Offers

  • Active — Currently accepting applications
  • Draft — Not yet published
  • Paused — Temporarily not accepting applications
  • Closed — Position filled or cancelled

Each job offer shows the number of applicants and their pipeline stage distribution.
