Adding Candidates

Candidates can be added through:

  • Manual entry — Click New Candidate and fill in details
  • Resume upload — Upload a PDF/DOCX and AI extracts the information
  • Email intake — Forward application emails to your recruiting inbox
  • API — Programmatic creation via the REST API

Candidate Profile

Each candidate profile includes:

  • Personal info — Name, email, phone, location
  • Resume — Uploaded documents and parsed content
  • Skills — Extracted and matched against job requirements
  • Timeline — All interactions, stage changes, and notes
  • AI Panel — Summary, skill gap analysis, personality insights, similar candidates
  • References — Reference check status and responses

Find candidates by skills, experience, or qualifications using the AI-powered search. The system matches meaning, not just keywords — searching "frontend developer with React" will also find candidates listing "UI engineer with React.js experience".
