What Are Personality Insights?

Personality Insights provide:

  • Communication style — How they express ideas
  • Work preferences — Remote vs office, structure vs flexibility
  • Collaboration approach — Team player vs individual contributor
  • Leadership potential — Natural leadership indicators
  • Stress response — How they handle pressure

How It Works

Data Sources

The AI analyzes:

  • Resume content and structure
  • Cover letter tone and style
  • Email communications (if any)
  • Interview responses (if transcribed)
  • Writing samples (if provided)

Analysis Process

  1. Text extraction — Parse written content
  2. Linguistic analysis — Word choice, sentence structure
  3. Pattern recognition — Compare to known profiles
  4. Trait scoring — Rate on key dimensions
  5. Summary generation — Human-readable insights

Personality Insights are predictions based on text analysis, not psychological assessments. Use as one data point among many.
