Personality Insights is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. It processes candidate resumes, cover letters, and communication history.

- Open candidate profile
- Go to Personality Insights tab
- Click Refresh Analysis
- New analysis uses current data
Refresh analysis if candidate provides new writing samples or after interviews.
