Mobile (PWA)
Access Projects from your phone with a fast, installable Progressive Web App.
Workestra is a Progressive Web App — you can install it on your phone's home screen and use it like a native app, with offline-friendly behavior for the Projects module.

Installing on Your Phone
iPhone (Safari):
- Open your Workestra workspace in Safari
- Tap the Share icon (square with an up arrow)
- Tap Add to Home Screen
Android (Chrome):
- Open your Workestra workspace in Chrome
- Tap the ⋮ menu
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen)
The Workestra icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch without browser chrome.
Mobile-Optimized Routes
The following Projects pages have mobile-tuned layouts:

| Quick create | Floating "+" button for a new task in two taps |
Quick Create
Tap the floating + button to create a task without leaving what you were doing. Fill in title, pick a project, optionally set priority and due date, and save. The task is created and synced to the web app instantly.
Notifications
If you've installed the PWA, you can grant notification permission to get push alerts for:
- Task assignments
- @Mentions
- SLA warnings and breaches
- Cycle starts and completions
Enable at Settings → Notifications → Enable push.
What Works Offline
The mobile PWA caches the task list you last viewed, so you can see it without a connection. Actions you take offline (creating a task, logging time, commenting) are queued and sync automatically when you reconnect.
