The Templates Hub
Navigate to Finance → Settings → Templates (/finance/settings/templates). The hub has three tabs:
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Invoices | Browse 20+ invoice designs, pick a default, choose a color variant |
| Quotations | Same browser, scoped to quotation defaults |
| Coming soon — a single place to brand outgoing email templates |
Each tab shows a live preview with your data so you can see the design with your real logo, colors, and content before you set it as the default.
Heads up: older paths like
/finance/invoices/templatesand/finance/quotations/templatesnow redirect to the hub. Bookmarks keep working, but the canonical URL is/finance/settings/templates.

Applying Templates
To Invoices
When creating an invoice:
- Look for Template selector
- Choose from available templates
- Preview before sending
- Template applies to PDF and email
To Quotations
Same template options for quotations:
- Shared template library
- Separate default can be set in the Quotations tab of the hub
- Consistent branding across invoices and quotes
Email (coming soon)
Brand the body and signature of the emails Workestra sends on your behalf — invoice send, quotation send, payment reminders, expense approvals. Today these use the workspace's signature and a sensible default; the Email tab lights up once branded email templates ship.
