  1. Configure job pipeline stages in Recruiting settings.
  2. Add or import candidates in Candidates.
  3. Use AI Screening carefully with the fairness guidance in Bias & Fairness.
  4. Schedule interviews through Booking Links or team round-robin.
  5. Collect references with References.
  6. Create offers in Job Offers.
  7. Convert accepted hires into People onboarding.
