Booking to Revenue

Turn scheduling activity into CRM records, follow-up work, and paid commercial outcomes.

Booking to revenue starts when someone books time with your team. The booking can create or update CRM records, trigger reminders, route to the right owner, and eventually become an opportunity, quotation, or invoice.

  1. Create the booking link in Booking Links.
  2. Add qualification questions with Routing Forms or Pre-Meeting Forms.
  3. Enable CRM creation from the booking link if inbound meetings should create contacts or deals.
  4. Connect calendar and video providers through Calendar integrations.
  5. Add post-booking workflows in Workflows.
  6. Use CRM activities to manage follow-up.
  7. Convert qualified opportunities through Lead to cash.

Useful automations

  • New booking -> create CRM contact and deal.
  • Booking cancelled -> notify owner and move follow-up task.
  • Meeting ended -> create activity and ask AI to summarize.
  • Paid booking confirmed -> mark revenue source and notify finance.

Setup checklist

  • Connect Google or Microsoft calendar.
  • Configure the host's booking link.
  • Decide whether the booking should create CRM records.
  • Add reminders, no-show, and follow-up workflows.
  • Connect Stripe if using Paid Bookings.
