Results & Analytics
View survey results, AI sentiment analysis, and response-level detail.
The Results page for each survey shows aggregated analytics and lets you drill into individual responses. Open it from Surveys > [Survey Name] > Results.
NPS Dashboard
The NPS results page shows:
- Current NPS score — Calculated as Promoters (%) minus Detractors (%)
- Trend chart — Score over time, updated with each new batch of responses
- Segment breakdown bar — Percentage of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors
- Response count and completion rate — Total responses vs. link opens
CSAT Dashboard
The CSAT results page shows:
- Average satisfaction score — Mean across all submitted responses
- Score distribution histogram — How responses spread across the rating scale
- Trend over time — Average score by week or month
- Low-score alerts — Responses below the threshold configured in Settings
Open-Text Analysis
AI analyzes all open-text responses automatically:
- Topic clusters — Responses are grouped into topics (e.g., "Pricing", "Support", "Onboarding") without manual tagging
- Sentiment bar per topic — Shows the proportion of positive, neutral, and negative sentiment within each cluster
- Drill-in — Click any topic to see all the individual responses in that cluster
AI sentiment analysis runs in the background after each response is submitted. Results appear within a few seconds for individual responses and are re-aggregated automatically as new responses arrive.
Individual Responses
The response table shows every submission with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Respondent | Name or email if authenticated; "Anonymous" otherwise |
| Submitted | Date and time of submission |
| Score | Numeric score if applicable (NPS, CSAT, Quiz) |
| Segment | Promoter / Passive / Detractor for NPS surveys |
| Response text | Open-text answers (expandable) |
Filter responses by score range, submission date, segment, or sentiment classification.
Response-Triggered Actions
On the Results page, the Automation Activity panel shows how many times a response triggered an automation — for example:
- How many Detractor responses created a Support ticket
- How many low-CSAT responses enrolled the contact in a follow-up sequence
This gives you a closed-loop view: not just what respondents said, but what happened as a result.
Exporting
Click Export on any Results page to download a CSV of all responses.
The NPS export includes:
- Score
- Segment (Promoter / Passive / Detractor)
- Open-text response
- Respondent email (if not anonymous)
- Submission date and time
CSAT and Quiz exports follow the same format, adapted to their respective fields.
360 Review Results
For 360 review surveys, results are shown per reviewee:
- Per-question averages — Broken down by rater group (peers, manager, direct reports)
- Anonymized rater breakdown — Individual rater scores visible to admins, anonymized for the reviewed employee
- Self vs. others comparison — If the reviewee completed a self-assessment, results are shown side by side
