Creating an Export

Step 1: Select Data

  1. Go to Analytics > Export Center
  2. Choose data type
  3. Apply filters:
    • Date range
    • Status
    • Owner
    • Other criteria

Step 2: Choose Format

Select export format based on need:

  • CSV for Excel/Google Sheets
  • JSON for technical use
  • PDF for presentation

Step 3: Configure Options

Step 4: Generate

  1. Click Generate Export
  2. System processes request
  3. Receive notification when ready

Scheduled Exports

Setting Up Automation

Schedule regular exports:

  1. Configure export
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set frequency:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  4. Choose delivery:
    • Email
    • Cloud storage (S3, etc.)
    • SFTP
  5. Save schedule

Export History

Viewing Past Exports

Access previously generated exports:

  1. Go to Export Center > History
  2. See list of exports
  3. Columns:
    • Export name
    • Date generated
    • Record count
    • Status
    • Download link

Download Expiration

Exports available for:

  • 30 days after generation
  • Then automatically deleted
  • Re-generate if needed

Data Privacy

Security

Exported data:

  • Encrypted during transfer
  • Secure download links
  • Access logged
  • Password-protected ZIP (optional)

Compliance

For GDPR/data requests:

  • Complete data export available
  • Includes all personal data
  • Structured, machine-readable

Large Exports

Handling Big Datasets

For large workspaces:

  • Exports processed in background
  • Email notification when ready
  • May take several minutes
  • Chunked downloads available

Incremental Exports

Export only new/changed records:

  1. Set "Since last export" filter
  2. Only records added/modified
  3. Faster processing
  4. Regular incremental backups
