Activate the modules your team needs.

How Modules Work

Workestra has six optional modules that can be activated based on your plan. Three platform features (Dashboard, Inbox, Knowledge Base) are always available.

Activating Modules

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
  2. Select a plan that includes the modules you need
  3. Activated modules appear in your sidebar immediately

Available Modules

CRM

Manage contacts, companies, deals, and campaigns. Track your sales pipeline with customizable stages and AI-powered insights.

Recruiting

Post job offers, manage candidate pipelines, screen resumes with AI, and send outreach emails — all from one place.

Projects

Organize work with tasks, cycles, epics, and roadmaps. Kanban boards and list views for every workflow.

Support

Handle customer tickets with SLA policies, email processors, and a self-service portal. Integrates with your inbox.

Finance

Send invoices, track expenses, create quotations, and manage products. Supports PEPPOL e-invoicing for EU compliance.

Analytics

Cross-module reporting with ROI tracking, forecasting, and customizable dashboards.
