How Modules Work
Workestra has six optional modules that can be activated based on your plan. Three platform features (Dashboard, Inbox, Knowledge Base) are always available.
Activating Modules
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
- Select a plan that includes the modules you need
- Activated modules appear in your sidebar immediately
