Quick wins to get value from Workestra immediately.
Your First 15 Minutes
1. Explore the Dashboard
Your dashboard shows an overview of activity across all active modules. AI-powered insights will appear as you add data.
2. Connect Your Email
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and connect your Gmail or Outlook account. This enables:
- Email sync for CRM contacts and deals
- Email-to-ticket processing for Support
- Email outreach for Recruiting
3. Try the AI Assistant
Click the AI button (bottom-right) or press Cmd+K to open the command menu. You can:
- Search across all your data instantly
- Ask questions in natural language
- Create records with AI assistance
4. Import Your Data
Each module supports data import:
- CRM → Import contacts from CSV
- Projects → Create your first project and add tasks
- Support → Set up your first SLA policy
- Finance → Add your company details and create an invoice
5. Customize Your Workspace
- Settings → Preferences — Theme, language, date format
- Settings → AI — Configure your AI provider and model
- Module Settings — Each module has its own configuration (pipeline stages, templates, etc.)
